These Terms of Service apply to TikTakToe DM Duel, a simple Tic Tac Toe game built for TikTok Mini Games.
Use of the game
You may play TikTakToe DM Duel for personal entertainment. You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass TikTok platform rules, or use the game to harass other users.
DM play
DM Duel mode lets players send the board state through TikTok direct messages. The recipient can open the shared game state and play the next turn. Players are responsible for choosing who they share with.
No prizes or gambling
TikTakToe DM Duel does not offer cash prizes, betting, gambling, or real-money rewards. Scores are for entertainment only.
Availability
The game is provided as-is and may be changed, paused, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free gameplay.
Platform terms
Your use of TikTok and TikTok Mini Games is also governed by TikTok's own terms, policies, and community guidelines.
